Jazz Legends at St. Regis

On March 7, 2024, The St. Regis Moscow Nikolskaya hotel resumes the tradition of jazz evenings "Jazz Legends at St. Regis", which have been held at the hotel since 2016.
The season will be opened by Daniil Kramer/The season opens with Daniil Kramer - National artist of Russia, laureate of the European Gustav Mahler Award, honorary member of the Sydney Professional Jazz Club, talented pianist, bright composer and unique figure of Russian jazz. Daniil Kramer is the head of the pop and jazz department at the Institute of Contemporary Art in Moscow and the art director of many Russian jazz festivals.
Guests of the evening will also have the opportunity to enjoy an exquisite 6-course dinner/Guests of the evening will also be invited to enjoy a gourmet dinner consisting of 6 courses:
- Marbled beef tataki with Ponzu sauce
- Mango salad with langoustines, black caviar and creamy lime sauce
- Dorado fillet with vegetable julienne, coriander and vanilla sauce
- Beef fillet with blue cheese mousse, parsnip puree with wild mushrooms and baby spinach
- Beetroot and raspberry mousse with champagne jelly and aged Modena balsamic on chocolate biscuit
Each guest will be offered 3 glasses of wine, suitable for each serving of the dish.
