The set for Valentine's Day set consists of five courses:
- Chef’s compliment: oyster with Prosecco jelly, green apple and lemongrass, lime foam
- Cold appetizer: crab roll with cucumber with dried yolks and tarragon sauce
- Hot appetizer: risotto with Portobello mushrooms and quail
- Hot dish: Chilean seabass with mini vegetables and tomato sauce with fresh basil
- Dessert: heart with strawberry mousse and lime flavor
Dinner includes wine accompaniment from Simple Group:
- 1 glass Prosecco Brut, Bruni
- 1 glass of white dry/dry white wine Tenuta Regaleali Bianco, Tasca d'Almerita
A pleasant addition to the evening will be gifts from the French cosmetic brand Caudalie
